Our team specializes in mining equipment components, particularly in the powertrain segment, which includes differential axles, transmissions, transfer cases, engines, torque converters, and drive shafts.
Equipment Repair and Modification
- Complete overhaul of Scoop EJC-100 (hydraulic, electric, powertrain, and structural systems).
- Repair of Deutz FSL912W engine and replacement of T-1 2000 transmission and converter, installed in a Jumbo 282 unit.
- Modification of dump box and cabin structure.
Assembly Area
In the component evaluation and assembly area, we have dedicated workbenches, a specialized station for differential carriers and torque converters, along with a wide range of tools for performing various tasks.
All repairs are carried out under high-quality standards, using only original spare parts for component maintenance, ensuring optimal operation and long-term durability of the equipment.
Test Bench
